EXPEDITIONS
We find lost WW1 and WW2 wrecks off the British coast, dive them on closed circuit, and put them on the chart. It is the reason this company exists, and everything else we do comes out of it.
- Archival research
- Cross-referencing Admiralty records, Lloyd's War Losses and modern hydrographic data to narrow a search box before anyone gets wet. Most candidate positions are wrong; the work is proving which.
- Survey & verification
- Side-scan sonar from our own RHIB, then targeted verification dives on anything that looks like a contact, with the bottom time that makes measuring and photographing it possible.
- The record
- Comprehensive wreck reports submitted to the UK Hydrographic Office. The site gets properly charted, and the work is checkable by someone who isn't us.
