DELIVERY

Equipment

We ship within the UK on a tracked, insured, signed-for service. Cost depends on the size, value and destination of the consignment and is shown at checkout before you pay. High-value items such as a SHARK CCR are sent fully insured and require a signature; we will agree the delivery date with you rather than leaving it to chance.

Timescales

• Stock items are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. If anything will take longer, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.
• Bespoke drysuits are made to your measurements; we confirm the lead time when we take those measurements.
• SHARK CCR builds run to a 4 to 6 week lead time from order, confirmed in writing once your configuration is agreed.

Mainland England, Wales and Scotland are usually next working day once dispatched. Allow 2 to 4 working days for the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email on the day your consignment leaves us. If a UK parcel cannot be traced after two working days, we will send a replacement at our cost.

International

We ship worldwide. Payment method and insurance terms for international orders are agreed case by case, so contact us before ordering. Import duty, taxes and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Some diving equipment is subject to export controls. Where that applies to an order we will tell you what is required before taking payment.

Risk

Goods are at your risk from the point of delivery. Title passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Delays

Couriers occasionally run late and we cannot be liable for consequential costs arising from a delayed delivery. If a delivery date is critical, whether that is a course, an expedition window or a deployment, tell us when you order and we will plan around it.
