Common Questions

BEFORE YOU ORDER

What is the lead time on a SHARK rebreather?

Typically 4–6 weeks from order. Each unit is built to the operator's configuration, so we confirm exact timings once requirements are agreed.

Do you supply military units and MOD procurement?

Yes. We supply individual operators, commercial diving contractors and military units. Unit-level orders, framework enquiries and MOD procurement should be sent to info@lrdg.uk so we can provide the correct documentation.

Are drysuits made to measure?

Yes. The tactical membrane drysuit is bespoke. Stock sizes are available, or select the custom option at checkout and we will contact you to take measurements before manufacture begins.

What standards is LRDG equipment built to?

All equipment is tested to ISO, BS EN and CE standards. Drysuits are additionally tested to MOD standards, and training is delivered to JSP 804 Defence Diving Standards.

Can I try a rebreather before buying?

Yes. We run trial dives on the SHARK MRR and offer discounted training packages bundled with a unit purchase. Contact info@lrdg.uk to arrange.
